Social Media Intern:
This role is important in amplifying our messages and pushing our content out to more audiences. We want to increase our viewership and presence amongst our community and all that serve our mission! Our social media intern will help us get there by regularly monitoring our channels, helping us post more frequently, and building stronger relationships with Anera’s influencers.
Fundraising and Communications Intern:
The ideal candidate will have a strong connection to Anera’s mission and be eager to learn more about the various facets of Anera’s fundraising and communications work. The intern must be detail-oriented, able to juggle competing priorities, and have strong writing and research skills. This position will offer opportunities to further interns’ knowledge and experience in fundraising and communications in a fast-paced office environment, while also allowing for opportunities to explore the greater development sector as a whole.
Human Resources Generalist Intern:
The Human Resource Generalist Intern will have an opportunity to learn and develop skills in human resource management including recruitment, benefit administration, orientation/onboarding, learning and development and employee reward and retention programs. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to excellence and producing results, be highly motivated, a creative problem solver, possess keen analytical and research skills and be able to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. This role will offer opportunities to further interns’ knowledge and experience in human resource management in an international NGO environment
International Project and Proposal Support Intern:
Anera is seeking an International Project and Proposal Support Intern to support Anera’s Fundraising (FR) and Business Development (BD) teams in creating top-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and project reports. The role is vital for finalizing documents for submission to possible grantors and donors, as well as conducting research for Anera’s ongoing Situation Reports and Proposals.
International Grants Support Intern:
Anera is seeking an International Grants Support Intern to provide administrative and finance support to the grants management team. Our ideal candidate is a current or recent college graduate with interest international grant and cooperative agreement management. Intern will provide support with grant management activities, reporting and closeout actions.
