Job Type: Part-Time / Internship
Schedule: Approximately 5–10 hours per week; flexible around class schedules
Compensation: $22/hour
Work Style: On-site, event-based, and approved campus/community outreach

About the Role

Asia America Capital Inc. is seeking outgoing, responsible, and well-connected college students to join our team as Campus Ambassadors.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity designed for students who enjoy meeting people, building campus communities, promoting educational events, and connecting international students with useful professional resources.

Campus Ambassadors will help expand our presence across Southern California universities and international student communities while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, business development, community outreach, event promotion, and partnership building.

The role is especially suited for students who are active in campus organizations, international student communities, Chinese student groups, business clubs, entrepreneurship organizations, or social media communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote company seminars, workshops, networking events, and educational programs within student communities.
  • Help introduce students to educational information and professional resources related to U.S. career and immigration topics, including H-1B, O-1, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5.
  • Connect students who would like additional information with the company’s professional consultation team.
  • Build relationships with international student organizations, Chinese student associations, business clubs, entrepreneurship organizations, and other campus groups.
  • Support approved campus outreach and partnership activities.
  • Promote events and educational content through WeChat, Xiaohongshu/RED, Instagram, student groups, campus organizations, and other appropriate channels.
  • Assist with event registration, seminar promotion, event-day support, and follow-up communication.
  • Identify potential student organization and campus partnership opportunities.
  • Help coordinate co-hosted educational or networking events with student organizations.
  • Gather feedback on topics that international students are interested in and share insights with the marketing team.
  • Professionally represent Asia America Capital at approved campus and community activities.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable meeting new people.
  • Interested in marketing, business development, community outreach, international education, or professional services.
  • Experience with student organizations, campus events, or community activities is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WeChat, Xiaohongshu/RED, Instagram, or student group promotion is preferred.
  • Mandarin Chinese preferred; strong English communication skills required.
  • Familiarity with international student communities is a plus.
  • Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the company.
  • Organized and responsible with scheduling and task follow-up.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a flexible campus-based part-time position designed to work around students’ academic schedules.

Expected schedule: Approximately 5–10 hours per week.

Campus outreach activities, meetings, events, and assigned marketing tasks will generally be coordinated with the supervisor in advance.

Compensation: $22/hour.

All hours worked must be accurately recorded and will be compensated according to company payroll procedures.

Additional performance-based bonuses may be available for approved outreach campaigns, event participation, campus engagement initiatives, and other defined marketing goals.

Performance bonuses are based on approved marketing and outreach objectives and are not based on providing immigration advice or determining immigration eligibility.

What You’ll Gain

Campus Ambassadors will gain practical experience in:

  • Campus marketing
  • Business development
  • Community outreach
  • Partnership development
  • Event promotion
  • Social media marketing
  • Cross-cultural communication
  • Professional networking
  • Client-facing business environments

High-performing Campus Ambassadors may also have opportunities to participate in larger company marketing campaigns, community events, business development projects, and future internship or full-time opportunities.

Important Role Clarification

Campus Ambassadors are responsible for education, outreach, event promotion, community engagement, and connecting interested individuals with the appropriate professional team.

Campus Ambassadors do not provide legal advice, evaluate individual immigration eligibility, recommend specific immigration strategies, prepare immigration cases, or represent individuals in immigration matters.

Questions involving H-1B, O-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, or other individual immigration matters will be referred to the appropriate qualified professionals.
