We are looking for interns who are interested in customer behavior and enhancing customer experiences.
We are the first AI chatbot company in Japan providing high tech solutions to hotels, airports, and train stations. The company is approaching its 5th year and the team is about 30 people at the moment. Most of us are from countries outside Japan, and our tech team are from the US and Europe with over 15 years of experience in the relevant field.
As an AI chatbot support intern, you will be responsible for interacting with live users and providing them with unique and valuable experiences. This is will be the most dynamic place to experience the startup scenes while in school. Please note this will be a fully remote position.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Interacting with our users and answering questions in support of our AI chatbot
– New feature testing
– Conversation design
– Translating between English and Chinese or Japanese
*We require all candidates to go through a trial period before an official offer is made.
– Fluency in English and Chinese (simplified & traditional) or Japanese
– Attention to detail
– Typing skills
– Team player
– Must have good time management
- no coding involved, AI support role is supporting the chatbot conversation and fulfilling user requests
