The Oklahoma Proton Center is seeking a Full-Time Radiation Therapist to join our growing, high-performing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with both advanced proton therapy and photon therapy technologies across our Oklahoma City and Moore locations.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver daily proton and photon radiation therapy treatments and assist with simulation procedures
- Ensure treatments are delivered accurately, safely, and in accordance with physician prescriptions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, physics, dosimetry, and leadership to provide exceptional patient care
- Maintain efficient patient flow and contribute to optimized scheduling and workflow
- Identify and report equipment or treatment issues promptly, partnering with physics and engineering teams
- Support clinical documentation and billing compliance processes
- Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy, simulation, and imaging procedures
- Experience with Mosaiq preferred or other record & verify systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and think critically in a fast-paced clinical environment
- A patient-first mindset with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
- Flexibility to support operational needs and occasional training travel
Qualifications
- Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- ARRT Certification (required) with current CE compliance
- Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- PM Shift 10a-6:30pm
- Premium rate for shift
- On-site in Oklahoma City and surrounding satellite locations
- Relocation assistance available
