Apply protein template-matching techniques to provide structural information from bioimages produced by cryotomography techniques. Use ETOMO or PEET software to assign structural information on cryoET images.
Must have programming experience, must know statistical inferences, and excellent communication skills, must have basic knowledge in structural biology and proteomics.
Candidates must have received a Master’s degree within the past 24 months or within the next 8 months from an accredited college or university. Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 required.
Masters in applied mathematics, computer science, physics, or engineering-related degree
