Propark Mobility is looking to hire a new candidate for our “Command Center Analyst” position based in Hartford, CT.
Our Command Center analysts are primarily responsible for answering parking-related phone calls and handling parking-related issues over the phone.
Our Command Center operates 24/7/365.
We are looking for a person who can be available to work Full-Time, Part-Time or On-Call.
Work from Home opportunity! – Laptop, Internet with Good Speed and Quiet workplace is required.
Open to work 11PM – 7AM, 3PM – 11PM or 7AM-3PM shifts
$12/hour +$400 bonus after Week 4 of work
- Respond to all calls and all guest inquires respectfully and professionally.
- Think critically and proactively to resolve issues observed or alerted to at select parking locations in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all guests.
- Review/observe parking operations at select locations to determine if company policies and procedures are being properly executed and adhered to.
- Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
- Work shifts during weekends/nights/holidays in support of a 24/7 operation, as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Propark Employee Handbook.
