Our Parent Aide/Educator Program has a new full-time opening in the in Laconia and Keene, Lebanon, NH areas. We are looking for talented dedicated staff, passionate about helping children and families affected by abuse and neglect to rebuild and strengthen the family unit. Join a team that will train you to provide guidance to families in the areas of supportive counseling, health and safety education, basic parenting education, resource assistance, coordination of services, and client transportation. Qualities that make a Parent Educator successful are being responsible, dependable, communicating effectively while work independently and handling confidential information. Documentation will need to be grammatically correct and completed in a timely manner. To be considered you will need either an associate degree with two-years related Human Service experience or four years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Parenting experience is a plus. This is a full-time position working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients, including days, after school, evenings, and/or weekends.
