As a Marketing Assistant within Empire Concepts, an applicant will be working hand in hand with an Executive Trainer, helping manage their different accounts. The purpose of the role itself is to shadow the Executive Trainers and pick up on how to manage multiple accounts for our clients, the brand recognition that goes into their role, and how to figure out the best resolutions for their accounts to maximize efficiency. Once someone has shown they can master those same responsibilities and an understanding of the role, they will have an opportunity to be moved into an Executive Trainer as well.
In this role, an applicant will focus primarily on their role as a student, directly assisting their Executive Trainer on whatever tasks that need to be completed. We are not looking for someone that has years of experience, but rather someone who is looking to get their foot into the door and have an opportunity to scale their role into a career.
Basic responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Filling out paperwork to set up and finalize any accounts and sales that are processed
· Answering all and any questions that a customer may have during a meeting
· Assisting the Executive Trainer with order processing
