Begin your college career with assistance in major/career exploration – and if undecided, no problem! Participate in Discover You, an exploratory program designed to help you try new things, learn about new careers, and help you feel confident with your liberal arts degree.

Providing you experiential experience is our focus – internships, project based learning and remote work certifications, along with networking with SHU alumni through Pioneers Connect, ensure that upon graduation, you have an extensive professional network that you can rely on!

Partners representing diverse industries, SHU strives to connect students to employers around the globe.  Dedicated employer partners, along with an extensive alumni network of over 48,000+ strong, CPD provides industry specific panels, meet ups, career fairs and on-campus interviews – a consistent opportunity to network and engage with employers within your field of interest. Additionally, along with various in-person and virtual events, students are immediately provided access to Handshake, our online job portal which houses over 3.5 million jobs/internships, covering 50 states and over 165 countries!
